Our knowledgable team selects quality, high performance equipment, parts, and supplies from reputable brands and manufacturers to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. If in the event you are less than satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

 

Merchandise Returns

1. Please call customer service at (941) 764-7664 or email Hello@BoydEquipment.com to discuss your order and determine if the issue can be resolved with basic troubleshooting. You will need to provide your invoice/order number and item number.

2. If it is determined that your product is eligible for return, you will receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number and return location.

3. You are responsible for all return shipping fees and ensuring your return package is received in the same condition it was originally shipped.

4. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the exterior of the packaging. Returns without a RMA number will be refused.

5. There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise.

6. Original shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Shipping Damages

For orders damaged in transit, please contact customer service to file a claim.

 

Items Ineligible for Return

  • Custom orders
  • Non-stock/Special order items
  • Drop shipped items
  • Engines and pumps filled with fuel
  • Items not purchased directly from Boyd Equipment

 

Warranty

Please contact customer service at (941) 764-7664 or Hello@BoydEquipment.com with your invoice/order number, item number, and serial number to best address the issue. Return freight and labor charges are not covered under warranty.
